Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN PERIOD:

The return period is 14 days, during which you can return your package without having to provide a reason. These 14 days begin from the moment you receive the package. Please note that the return shipment must be sent within this period.

RETURN POLICY:

All items must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your order for a refund or opt for a gift card with an additional bonus.

Gift Card Refund: Get your refund faster with a 15% bonus! This is the fastest option to receive your refund. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive the digital gift card within 2-3 business days. The gift card is valid for 12 months.
Refund to the original payment method: If you prefer to receive a refund to the original payment method, the process can take 7-10 business days. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. You can track your return using the tracking number provided with your shipment. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, our customer service team will contact you to offer an alternative. We cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Our team will assess the situation and find the best solution for you.

WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Underwear (including details).
Perfumes without the original plastic seal intact.
Items marked as Final Sale (Final Sale) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items that exceed the 14-day return period.
Any item returned worn or damaged without prior notification to our customer service. In these cases, the return will be rejected and the products will be discarded.

RETURN FEES:

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer, depending on the carrier used and the country from which the return is being made.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES:

If you indicate that you wish to exchange a product when registering the return, we will begin processing it immediately to ensure the exchange is completed as quickly as possible.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 business days. You can track your package using the tracking number provided. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, the 10 business days for processing begin. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
